Q. Is your money back guarantee for real?
A. About 1% of our customers find our product was not what they were looking for. Our reputation is important to us. We process refunds with the same priority as new orders.

It is the customer's responsibility to notify the Red Hat Shop within 48 hours (or next business day following a weekend or holiday) of any damage or problems.   All parcels are insured with the carrier.

Hats & Jewelry: no returns allowed without authorization received within 7 days after delivery. Click here to contact us if you need assistance. 

Shipping costs if incurred when placing the order or when returning the order are not refundable.
